From the Desk of Principal
Basic Training Centre, Khowang, Dibrugarh is the well known teacher training institute since its inception. I have served as Graduate Instructor (Arts) from 1994, as Principal i.e from 2013 and Principal from 2021.
As the New Education Policy 2020 is coming into the force, I think Basic Training Centre, Khowang will also be able to provide the best practices to fulfil the new goals.
